26
September

Find your network name and password first. Most routers print both on a sticker on the back or bottom.

Windows 11

  1. Select the network icon near the clock.
  2. Select the arrow next to the Wi-Fi button.
  3. Pick your network, check Connect automatically, and select Connect.
  4. Type the password and select Next.

Mac

  1. Select the Wi-Fi icon in the menu bar.
  2. Pick your network and type the password.

iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Settings, then Wi-Fi.
  2. Turn Wi-Fi on, tap your network, and type the password.

Android

  1. Open Settings, then Network & internet or Connections.
  2. Tap Wi-Fi, pick your network, and type the password.

Quick fixes for common errors

  • Wrong password: Passwords are case-sensitive. Check capital letters.
  • Network missing: Move closer to the router, then restart the router.
  • Connected, no internet: Restart the router and modem, then try a network reset.
