Cancellation and Refund Policy
Appointment Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
We understand that plans can change. This Policy explains what happens when you cancel or reschedule an appointment, including after we have started working.
1. Canceling or Rescheduling an Appointment
1.1 Please let us know by the day before your appointment whenever possible. We ask for at least three hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.
1.2 You may contact us by phone, email, or another method shown on your Service Order. Please include your name and appointment date and time.
1.3 If you give at least three hours’ notice and we have not started work or made a purchase for your service, we will cancel the appointment and refund your deposit.
1.4 If you give less than three hours’ notice, miss the appointment, or do not provide the access we need, we may use part or all of the deposit to cover the time we reserved and any preparation, travel, or other costs we have already incurred.
2. Canceling After Work Has Started
2.1 Once work has started, we may not be able to stop immediately. Some repairs, updates, installations, data transfers, and similar tasks can be unsafe or harmful to interrupt.
2.2 We may finish any step needed to safely stop the work, protect your equipment or data, reassemble a device, or leave the system in a stable condition.
2.3 We will make reasonable efforts to stop any remaining work you no longer want. You will still be responsible for work already completed, time already spent, necessary stopping work, and costs we cannot recover. We will refund any unused prepaid balance.
3. Parts, Software, and Special Orders
3.1 Parts, hardware, software, licenses, subscriptions, shipping, and special-order items are usually nonrefundable once they have been ordered, purchased, registered, or activated for you.
3.2 We will make reasonable efforts to cancel or return an item when possible. If a seller gives us a refund or credit, we will pass that amount on to you after any return, shipping, restocking, or processing fees.
4. Deposits and Refunds
4.1 If the service is completed, your deposit will be applied to the amount you owe.
4.2 If you cancel, we may use the deposit to cover reserved time, work already performed, necessary stopping work, and nonrefundable purchases or costs. Unless your Service Order clearly states that a reasonable reservation deposit is nonrefundable, we will return any amount left over.
4.3 Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. We will process them promptly, although your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
5. If We Cancel
5.1 If we cancel before work starts for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund your unused deposit and other prepaid amounts. If you approved a special purchase that cannot be returned, you may still be responsible for that cost and will receive the item when possible.
6. Your Legal Rights
6.1 This Policy does not take away any cancellation, refund, warranty, or other consumer right that the law gives you.
6.2 Some sales made at a customer’s home, workplace, or another location away from our regular place of business may include a legal cooling-off period. If that law applies, those cancellation and refund rights take priority over this Policy.
7. How This Policy Works With Our Other Terms
7.1 This Policy controls cancellations, requests to stop work, deposits used because of a cancellation, and cancellation-related refunds. Our Technology Services Agreement and Terms of Service continue to cover the service itself and other general terms.
7.2 A Service Order changes this Policy only when it clearly identifies the different term. Any right that cannot legally be waived will always remain in effect.
8. Policy Updates and Contact Information
8.1 We may update this Policy for future services by posting a new issue number and revision date. The version in effect when you approve your Service Order normally applies to that service.
