1. Coupon Eligibility and Application

1.1 Unless the coupon expressly states otherwise, only one coupon may be redeemed per Client and per household, and each coupon may be used for one transaction only.

1.2 Coupons may not be combined with another coupon, discount, promotion, package price, or special offer unless the coupon expressly permits combination.

1.3 A coupon applies only to eligible future labor performed directly by Upper Valley Advance. It may not be applied to previously completed or previously invoiced services, regardless of the coupon's issue date.

1.4 Unless the coupon expressly states otherwise, coupons do not apply to parts, hardware, software, licenses, subscriptions, third-party charges, taxes, shipping, delivery, travel, on-site fees, or mileage fees.

1.5 The terms printed or electronically displayed on a coupon control its discount amount, eligible service, and expiration date. Those coupon-specific terms do not change the terms governing performance of the underlying service.

2. Redemption Conditions

2.1 The coupon must be presented or entered before the applicable service is authorized or begins. A coupon presented after completion or invoicing will not be applied retroactively.

2.2 A coupon is valid only through the expiration date printed or displayed on it. Expired coupons will not be honored unless Upper Valley Advance agrees otherwise in writing.

2.3 Coupons have no cash value, cannot produce a cash refund or credit balance, and are not gift certificates, stored-value cards, or store credit.

2.4 Coupons are non-transferable and may be used only by the person to whom they were issued, unless the coupon expressly states that it is transferable.

2.5 Photocopied, duplicated, altered, fraudulently obtained, or previously redeemed coupons will not be accepted.

3. Misuse, Errors, and Refusal

3.1 Upper Valley Advance may verify coupon authenticity and eligibility and may refuse a coupon that does not comply with this Policy or its coupon-specific terms.

3.2 A printing, coding, or pricing error does not require Upper Valley Advance to honor a coupon for a service or amount that was not reasonably intended. When reasonably possible, we will explain the issue before the Client authorizes service.

3.3 If a discounted service is cancelled, reversed, or refunded, the coupon has no separately refundable value and is not automatically reissued. Any reissuance is at Upper Valley Advance's discretion unless applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Relationship to Other Documents

4.1 Coupon use does not modify the scope, payment obligations, service limitations, guarantee terms, privacy terms, or liability provisions governing the underlying service.

4.2 If two documents directly conflict, they control only within their assigned subject matter: a Service Order controls the expressly stated scope, price, and service-specific terms; the Technology Services Agreement controls performance of technology services, authorization, payment, and service-related liability; the Technology Services Guarantee controls eligibility, claims, and remedies under the 30-day limited guarantee; the Coupon Use and Exclusions Policy controls promotional coupons; the Privacy Policy controls collection, use, retention, and disclosure of personal information; and the Terms of Service govern general website use and any matter not addressed by a more specific document. A Service Order overrides another document only when it expressly identifies the provision being changed. Rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be waived remain controlling.

5. Policy Changes

5.1 Upper Valley Advance may revise or discontinue this Policy prospectively. A revision will not retroactively change the printed or displayed discount amount or expiration date of an authentic coupon already issued, except as permitted by the coupon's own terms or applicable law.
