Before We Get Started

This service is designed around the scope listed above. If we find an incompatible device, damaged hardware, missing credentials or licenses, or another issue outside that scope, we may recommend the appropriate repair, setup, part, subscription, or follow-up service.

• Cellular activation charges, account recovery without verification, paid apps, data transfer, screen or battery repair, or support for locked or unsupported devices

On-site and Tech Valet services are available within 10 travel miles of our Lisbon, New Hampshire office. Travel beyond 10 miles is charged at $1.00 per additional mile.
