Before We Get Started

This service is designed around the scope listed above. If we find an incompatible device, damaged hardware, missing credentials or licenses, or another issue outside that scope, we may recommend the appropriate repair, setup, part, subscription, or follow-up service.

• Software purchase, subscription fees, license recovery, data entry, extensive customization, training, or repair of incompatible hardware and operating systems

The client must legally purchase and provide the software, subscription, login credentials, license, and valid activation key. Upper Valley Advance does not provide unauthorized software or license keys.

On-site and Tech Valet services are available within 10 travel miles of our Lisbon, New Hampshire office. Travel beyond 10 miles is charged at $1.00 per additional mile.
