Site, Equipment & Compatibility

Successful setup depends on compatible equipment, working internet or network service, suitable placement, available power, and any required wiring or accounts. If we find missing equipment, weak coverage, provider limitations, structural obstacles, or additional devices beyond the included scope, added hardware or installation work may be required.

• Streaming device, television repair, wall mounting, new cabling, paid subscriptions, password recovery, or internet-provider troubleshooting beyond basic checks

On-site and Tech Valet services are available within 10 travel miles of our Lisbon, New Hampshire office. Travel beyond 10 miles is charged at $1.00 per additional mile.
